Mit der Idee, die Stadt mit dem See zu verbinden, verwandelt das Projekt das Küstengebiet des alten Hafens, das derzeit für die Öffentlichkeit geschlossen ist, in eine durchlässige Enklave für nautische Aktivitäten und gesellschaftliche Zusammenkünfte mit kulturellen Programmen und Restaurants. Das vorgeschlagene Architekturschema greift die vorhandene künstliche Landschaft aus Masten, Kabeln und kleinen hängenden Zahnrädern auf, wobei die Leichtigkeit der Tensegrity-Struktur als Referenz herangezogen wird, die gesamte Oberfläche des Docks frei wird und der öffentliche Raum optimiert wird.

With the idea of connecting the city to the lake, the project transforms the coastal area of the old port, currently closed to the public, into a permeable enclave for nautical activities and social gathering, with cultural programs and restaurants. The architectural scheme proposed seizes the existing artificial landscape of masts, cables, and small suspended gears, adopting as a reference the lightness of the tensegrity, freeing up the entire surface of the dock and optimizing the public space.
